Your user name is simply your last name and your Site Dealer Principal has a complete list of user names and passwords for all staff on site. If this is not available either email or call StarPERFORMERS Admin.

It will take a while for your information to find its way to us. However, we can set you up so that you can access your statement in advance. Either email or call StarPERFORMERS Admin and we can do this for you.

| Where do the vouchers get sent to? |
Your vouchers will be addressed to you and sent to your dealership or place of work.

| My vouchers haven’t arrived yet... |
All vouchers or other awards will be handled via the Site. You should allow up to 28 days for vouchers to arrive. If after that you still have not received them, then please either email or call StarPERFORMERS Admin and we look into it for you.

| I am not happy with the goods or services that I have received... |
Any problems arising from goods or services received will have to be dealt with by the Customer Services function of the Retailer that you purchased them from.
