Each vehicle sold at the weekend and delivered by the Monday will earn the Sales Exec an INIT-2-WINIT prize draw entry, the more cars sold and delivered, the more entries and the better chance of winning! All you need to do then is make sure your Site sales team hits 50% of the weekend sales delivered on Monday. | Every month each site awards a ‘StarPerformer’ award to a member of staff that has made that extra special effort. Depending on your site and its specific criteria, staff from any department can receive this award. Previous awards have ranged from excellent customer services and improved telephone answering to working late and getting administration and accounts project completed. |
